After Dec. 5th, 2011, ExpressionEngine 1.x will no longer be included as a license option for new purchases. Download access will still be available.
Second, after April 23, 2012, ExpressionEngine 1.x will no longer be publicly supported. Only private and enterprise support contracts will continue to have EE 1.x support.
