Shorten your Google+ profile from https://plus.google.com/{a very long number id here}/posts to something more manageable.

Once you’ve setup your Google+ profile, go to http://gplus.to and type in your Google+ ID number and the nickname you want. Voila you have a shorten link to your profile that you can add to your website page or business card.
